The Thirteenth Year of Christmas

The BHP Billiton Enchanted Forest is celebrating thirteen years as Canada's most spectacular drive-through holiday light tour and Saskatchewan's top winter visitor attraction. Attracting close to 60,000, the annual event is a major fundraiser for both the Saskatoon City Hospital Foundation and the Saskatoon Zoo Foundation. The Foundations are proud to welcome BHP Billiton as the title sponsor and together we invite your business to sponsor one of the Forest's enchanting light displays.

A Sparkling Sponsorship Opportunity

A limited number of light displays are now available for sponsorship. Take advantage of a bright public relations opportunity by placing your business name on one of these one-of-a-kind displays while they last.

Take your pick of 3 levels:

Level 1 "Santa's Helper"

– a series of smaller non-animated light displays $1,500

Level 2 "Holiday Delight"

– a collection of larger themed light displays $3,000

Level 3 "Christmas Creation"

– custom computer-animated large scale light displays $5,000

An exclusive sponsorship of a Holiday light display with your business name and logo featured on an illuminated sign viewed by close to 60,000 potential customers.

1/ Exclusive Sponsors/Media Preview Night where you are the first to tour the display route. Includes zoo train ride, bonfire, hot beverages, and socializing in the Forestry Farm Hall.

2/ Complimentary $20 Car Passes for Christmas promotions or staff gifting. Level 1 – 10 Car Passes, Level 2 – 25 Car Passes, Level 3 – 50 Car Passes

The Sponsorship Investment & Term

Light Display sponsorships range from $1,500 to $5,000 per year. Sponsors may select a one-year or three-year term. Longer term sponsorships guarantee the same light display at the same investment.
